Privacy Policy — Train Car Jam: Cargo Escape

Effective date: July 10, 2026
Developer: Rimon Zaya (Spark Digital)

This privacy policy explains how Train Car Jam: Cargo Escape ("the game", "we") handles information when you play it on an Android device.

Summary

The game has no accounts, no sign-in, and does not ask for any personal information. Your level progress is stored only on your own device. The only data that leaves your device is the technical data used by Google's advertising service to show and measure ads.

Information we do NOT collect

Game progress

Your progress (completed levels, settings such as sound on/off) is saved locally on your device only. It is never uploaded to us or anyone else. Uninstalling the game deletes it.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The game shows advertisements served by Google AdMob. To deliver and measure ads, the AdMob SDK may collect and share with Google:

This data is processed by Google under its own policies. See Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses data in AdMob. You can reset or delete your advertising ID and opt out of ad personalization in your device settings under Settings > Google > Ads.

Children

The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The target audience is ages 13 and up.

Security

All data transmitted by the advertising SDK is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). We (the developer) do not operate any servers and do not store any of your data ourselves.

Changes to this policy

If the game's data practices change (for example, adding new features), this policy will be updated at this same address, and the "effective date" above will change.
